Client required analysis of overall bookings but their own reservation system did not store information in a format that facilitated easy analysis or manipulation.
Also needed analysis for Central Marketing function on general bookings and for main hotels. A separate analysis for the Area Sales Managers on bookings by major clients was also provided. |
