With recent changes in legislation (see Legal Guidelines) the use of email for unsolicited broadcasting is quite rightly very restricted. Its primary use will always be to communicate requested, regular information to subscribers of a service or members of an organisation or association. DES support such restrictions and the adoption of Best Practice guidelines.

Email Lists for Broadcasting
DES do not supply data for email broadcasting but assist clients in building up their own databases for regular communications. A few companies will rent "Opt-In" email data for bulk emailing and some are listed below who you may wish to contact directly:
